Hi, I am Jorge. I design conversations and experiences that help people and organisations see, feel, and work differently.
My work lives at the intersection of creativity, collaboration, and culture. I work with people and teams who sense that something is not quite working, even if it is hard to put into words.
Through facilitation, workshops, and advisory work, I help make the invisible visible. How conversations happen. How moods shape decisions. How ways of working quietly influence what becomes possible.
The lenses I work from:
Cultural Biology:
I work from the understanding that we are biological and cultural beings at the same time. How we act, decide, and relate is shaped by our emotions, our histories, and the conversations we live in. This lens is inspired by the work of Humberto Maturana and Ximena Dávila. It invites us to observe behaviour not as a problem to fix, but as a coherent response to the world we are living in. From this perspective, change does not start with control or pressure. It starts with understanding the conditions we create together.
I work with language, emotions, and presence. Not as abstract concepts, but as everyday forces that shape how we show up and what we make possible. This lens pays attention to how we speak, how we listen, the moods we inhabit, and how these quietly determine our actions and decisions. Facilitation, for me, is about creating spaces where people can notice themselves without judgment and choose how they want to move forward.
I come from a long career in creative strategy, but I see creativity less as output and more as a way of perceiving. Creativity helps us hold ambiguity, explore without rushing to answers, and imagine alternatives when existing solutions no longer fit. It allows teams and individuals to access insight beyond logic alone, and to reconnect with curiosity, play, and intuition.
I treat conversations as the smallest unit of transformation. What we say, how we say it, what we avoid, and what we repeat all shape culture, trust, and direction. By shifting conversations, even slightly, new ways of working and relating become possible. Much of my work is about slowing conversations down so they can become more honest, generative, and human.
