A workshop for founders and small teams
Two half days to notice what's really going on, and decide what to do about it.
What it is
What drives you. What holds you back. The way of working that got you here, and might be keeping you here. From there, we turn what you notice into a clear plan and commitments to move. And you don't just leave with it. You learn it, practise it, and make it yours.
How it unfolds
Before
a few loose questions to turn over. Nothing to polish.
Day one
explore, notice, name.
In between
at least two days: we listen back to everything that was said.
Day two
agree, commit, plan ahead.
About a week later
it's all written down and in your hands.
What you walk away with
Why you're really doing this, in your own words.
Your standard: what you do, every time, that nobody else does, written down so your team can work from it.
The pattern holding you back, made visible, so you spot it next time.
What's now possible: the opportunities you and your team couldn't see before, named, written down, and the first one already in your plan.
A plan: who does what, by when.
Who it's for
You've moved fast to get here. Now something isn't moving: decisions feel like guesses, the team pulls in different directions, or one decision has sat with you for months.
This is the moment to stop and notice.
Questions
What kind of opportunities come out of it?
It depends on what you notice. A market you'd ruled out, an offer hiding in what you already do, a partner, a new way of working as a team. We don't promise a breakthrough. We make sure what opens up is written down, and acted on.
Can we do it online?
Yes. It's always live, in person or online.
How long does it take?
Two half days, at least two days apart. Your document arrives about a week after the second.
How many people can join?
Founders and small teams. If you're more, we'll talk first and shape it with you.
Do we need to prepare?
Not much. A few loose questions to think about, and one thing you've already written.
What happens to what we share?
It stays between us. Confidentiality is agreed before we start, and the document is yours.
Which languages?
English and Spanish.
Let's start with a conversation and find out what's in the way.
